Yes — the workshop I work with holds CE and RoHS for the manual tools in our catalog. I can share the PDF certificates on request. For EU customers this is usually enough; for some categories (electrical tools, pressure vessels) you may need additional testing — tell me your target market upfront.

Default is plain brown carton, neutral packing. OEM options: color box, blister pack, your branded sticker on the carton, or full custom packaging design. Minimums apply for custom packaging (usually 1000pcs per SKU).

T/T (bank wire) — 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance against B/L copy. For repeat customers I can extend to 50/50 or net-30 after 3 successful orders. PayPal is available for sample orders under $1000.

Yes. OEM minimum is 500pcs per SKU. I can laser-etch your logo on the tool, print your brand on the box, and design the packaging. Send me your logo (AI / PDF / high-res PNG) and a sample of your existing brand if you have one. Typical OEM lead time is 30-40 days including sample approval.

Free samples for serious buyers (you pay shipping, usually $20-60 by DHL/FedEx). Samples ship in 3-5 days. I'll send a tracking number. If you place a bulk order within 60 days, the sample cost is refunded or deducted from the invoice — your choice.
